Undergraduate Brazilian students who are studying at UofGuelph in the areas of Science, Technology, and Engineering are looking for unpaid internship placements as part of their scholarship program, Science Without Borders (SwB). SwB interns provide an extra set of skilled hands, diverse perspectives, and the potential for future collaboration between Canadian and Brazilian industry and researchers.

The Science Without Borders internship program is meant to be a practical learning experience for the student, related to their program of study. The placements should be full-time for a minimum of 3-4 months, beginning in May 2014. Placements must have a regular supervisor who can provide guidance and support to the student. The student's living costs are jointly funded by the Brazilian government and private sector, so it is not necessary that students receive additional remuneration for their internship.
